A Short History

Stan Johnson was bought up in a Christian home, along with two brothers and two sisters. His father was physics professor at the University of North Carolina.

Stan Received Jesus Christ as his Savior at the early age of thirteen. After high school he attended Wake Forest University in North Carolina on a baseball scholarship. He later signed out of Wake Forest with the New York Yankee's organization. He pitched in the professional leagues for ten years.

Stan was born with one leg shorter than the other. This required him to wear a one inch lift in his shoe when he played baseaball. In 1970 his brother, Owen who is also a minister, prayed for Stan's leg to be healed. That day God lenghtened his leg and healed his back. That day this experience completely changed Stan and he then gave God complete control control of his life.

Stan gave up a very profitable career to go into the ministry. He later received his degree and then taught at Grace Theological Seminary in Loris South Carolina before being called into a fulltime ministry. Along with his continually expanding traveling ministry Stan has also pastored two churches.
Stan goes from 10 years of delivering fastballs for the New York Yankee's organization. To 30 years of delivering the Word of God to the body of Christ.
